The factory was established in 1990. with personal efforts and financial resources.
And started producing June 1990. it started with only one production line for manufacturing plastic gallons, and with the growth of the business, new production lines were added. The development process still going on in the factory to and more manufacturing line will be added to follow and catch up with the growing demand on plastic products on the Libyan market, and also we have plans to expand our business in the future to a nearby Arab and African countries.

The factory is located in Tripoli superb of Qasr Al-Akhyar , with total area estimated about 6000 sq M. and we're planning to expand on a bigger area, in near future.

Workers & Employees : 30.

Total Production : 5 tons/ day.

Raw Materials:
• polyethylene (HDPE - LLDPE - LDPE).
• polypropylene (PP).
• PVC.
• PS.
• PET.
• polyester.
• PC.
• PA.

Most of our raw materials were imported from outside Libya , but after opening the Ras-Lanuf factory for petrochemical productions. it became our main source for raw materials. We use about 5 tons of raw materials per day. In addition to dyestuffs.

Machinery:
The factory has 3 machines for plastic shopping bags manufacturing.
2 machines for manufacturing plastic gallons ( 20 Liters ).
6 machines ( blown film) for manufacturing plastic products, with a production range from 850-100 tons.

Development Progress:
Production began first at June 1990, using one machine for manufacturing plastic gallons ( 20 liters ) with a total production of 1 ton/day.
Later on, another production line was added in 1993, to produce plastic shopping bags, with total of 1/2 a ton/day.
And in 1995 a new production line was added to produce plastic gallons of (10- 15 liters ).In 1998 a new " Blow machine" was added to produce plastic products for daily household using. And the factory moved to a new building of 5000 sq M area.
